Where We Deliver
We currently deliver across Bahrain and selected GCC locations. If your address falls outside our delivery areas, please contact our concierge via WhatsApp and we will do our best to assist.
Processing Your Order
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery Times
- Within Bahrain: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- GCC: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates begin after payment confirmation and not from the time the order is placed.
Shipping Cost
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery journey.

Every Moksha Collections piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
When We Accept a Return
Returns are accepted for items that arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In accordance with Bahrain's Consumer Protection Law, return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference. However, we can arrange an exchange for another piece or provide a credit note for future purchases. Return delivery costs for these requests are the customer's responsibility.
How to Reach Us
Please contact our concierge via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and share a photo or short video of the issue. This helps us resolve your concern quickly.
Your Options
For eligible returns, you may choose an exchange, replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or a credit note. Refunds are provided where applicable according to Bahrain's Consumer Protection Law.
Exchanges & Credit Notes
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item has a higher value, the difference must be paid before dispatch. If it has a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. Credit notes are issued for the value of the returned item and can be used toward future purchases until the balance is fully redeemed.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Return Delivery & Hygiene
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Moksha Collections will cover the return delivery cost. For change-of-mind exchanges, return delivery is the customer's responsibility. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.

Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings. All prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, and product availability at any time.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order is a request to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified. Payments are completed through bank transfer, with payment details shared and confirmed via WhatsApp. We do not process card payments or store card information on our website. We may cancel or decline orders due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
